General Terms and Conditions

• Every vehicle listed on our web site is owned by Everest International Co. We are not third party agents or brokers.
• All vehicles are available on first come first serve basis.
• If more than one customer is interested in same car, we'll sell to those, who will pay first.
• If a payment will reach us late and the vehicle is sold to other customer, we will provide similar vehicle with same specifications.
• You must be 18 years old or over to buy a vehicle. 17 years old or younger can buy car through their parents.
• All vehicles listed are used and therefore a certain tolerance on the external general condition of the vehicle has to be considered.
• Vehicles sold under the term “USED AS IT IS WHERE IT IS BASIS” are intended to be sold as they are and no reconditioning is included in the sales contract.
• If vehicle's option/accessory is not mentioned in the specification (Extras) of the vehicle on the website then Everest International Co. is not responsible for its functioning and /or condition, as it may not be functioning properly.
• A special % discount is offered on bulk purchase. The % varies according to the number of units purchased, greater the number of units higher the % discount.
• Everest International Co. is not responsible for any damage occurred to the vehicle during and after it has reached the destination port.
• All payments should be made by Telegraphic Transfer to our Bank Account.
• For vehicle payments, balance has to be fully paid prior shipment. No vehicle will be shipped until payment is received and balance cleared.
  
  
  NOTE: We don't refund any payments based on the customers complain or request. However, if there are any situation arises that is reasonable for a refund, we will be deducting 20% of the payment received as administration and banking fees.
• After receipt of payments received, documentation necessary to clear the vehicle at the destination port will be sent to you via mail or courier.
  We will send you following documents by courier when the vessel has departed.
  
  1. B/L (Bill of Lading) 3 Invoice.
  2. Export Certification 4. Other required documents in your local custom.
